Flores Landscapes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers text messaging (SMS/MMS) communications as part of our customer service and marketing efforts. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (e.g., during a quote request, consultation booking, or explicit consent), you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided.

Program Description and Message Types

When you opt in, you can expect to receive SMS/MMS messages related to our landscaping, hardscaping, patio installation, outdoor living, and maintenance services. These may include:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling details
• Service reminders (e.g., seasonal lawn care, mulching, pruning, or aeration due dates)
• Order updates or project status alerts (e.g., material delivery, installation progress)
• Account notifications (e.g., payment reminders, invoice updates)

Messaging Frequency

Messaging frequency may vary based on your interactions, project needs, season, and consent type. You may receive 0–10 messages per month on average, but this can be more during active projects or peak seasons (e.g., spring/fall). We aim to send only relevant messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Standard messaging rates from your provider will apply to all sent and received messages. Flores Landscapes does not charge additional fees for our texts, but consult your carrier for details on any charges.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP (or “STOP ALL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “CANCEL,” etc.) to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will no longer send you SMS/MMS except for any final administrative messages if required.

Opting out will not affect your ability to receive non-SMS communications (e.g., email, phone calls) related to your services, unless you separately opt out of those channels.
