Plants & Trees
1-Year Limited Warranty
Applies to qualifying shrubs, bushes and trees 36 inches or greater in size, subject to proper care and the conditions below.

Pergolas
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Covers qualifying structural-integrity and installation-related issues. Retractable pergola models are excluded.

Pavers
5-Year Workmanship Warranty
5 Years From InstallationAll paver patios, walkways and driveways installed by Flores Landscapes come with a 5-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.
What It Covers
Installation-related issues such as shifting or settling caused by improper base preparation or compaction.
Qualifying workmanship issues affecting the installed paver area.
Repair or replacement of the affected warranted section, subject to the terms of the warranty.
Important Conditions & Exclusions
Damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather, accidents, vehicular misuse, heavy equipment or natural wear and tear is not covered.
Staining, fading or efflorescence—white mineral deposits—are not covered unless caused by an installation error.
Repair or replacement of warranted areas is limited to the affected section only.
Paver joints are covered only during the first year after project completion.
Recommended maintenance:
To help keep your hardscape in optimal condition, we recommend professional cleaning and sealing every other year, particularly because of Central Ohio's freeze-thaw cycles.

Plants & Trees
1-Year Limited Warranty
1 Year From InstallationShrubs, bushes and trees that are 36 inches or greater in size come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of installation.
What It Covers
Plant failure resulting from improper installation.
Qualifying defects in the installed plant material itself.
One replacement of a warranted plant, subject to the conditions of the warranty.
Important Conditions & Exclusions
Damage caused by neglect, over-watering, under-watering, extreme weather, pest infestation or other conditions beyond our control is not covered.
Plants under 36 inches are not covered under this warranty.
Replacement of a warranted plant is limited to one replacement.
If more than 20% of the installed plants, bushes and/or trees die, the warranty does not apply.
Proper care matters:
Consistent watering and maintenance are necessary to give newly installed plants the best opportunity to establish successfully.

Pergolas
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
1 Year From InstallationPergolas installed by Flores Landscapes come with a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation, subject to the exclusions below.
What It Covers
Qualifying structural-integrity issues related to our workmanship.
Installation-related issues occurring within the warranty period.
Important Conditions & Exclusions
Damage caused by severe weather such as high winds, hail or heavy snow is not covered.
Damage related to improper use or maintenance is not covered.
Modifications or repairs performed by a third party are not covered.
Natural aging, fading and weathering of materials are not covered.
Retractable pergola models are not covered by this warranty.
For wooden pergolas:
We recommend annual sealing to help protect the structure from exposure to Central Ohio weather.
