Once we’ve aligned on the vision, we’ll begin gathering the information needed to develop a design proposal. This may include site measurements, plot surveys, photos, or additional meetings to clarify needs. We’ll provide a rough timeline and discuss next steps for design work.
We present your design concept, which may include sketches, 2D plans, or 3D renderings depending on the project. At this point, we’ll review the proposed design together, gather your feedback, and discuss budget ranges based on the current direction.
After refining the design based on your input, we’ll finalize details and prepare a project agreement that includes the final scope of work, materials, and estimated costs. Once the plan is approved, we’ll schedule your project and confirm the start date.
Before installation begins, we’ll review logistics with you to minimize disruptions—whether it’s access points, timing, or special property considerations. We stay in regular communication, so you’re never in the dark.
Our experienced crew will bring your vision to life with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. A project manager will oversee daily progress and be your point of contact throughout the build.
Once installation is complete, we’ll walk the property with you to ensure everything meets expectations. We’ll also share care tips for your new landscape and discuss any ongoing maintenance options, if needed!
