All paver patios, walkways, and driveways installed by Flores Landscaping & Patio come with a 5-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

This warranty covers issues related to installation, such as shifting or settling, due to improper base preparation or compaction.

To keep your hardscape in optimal condition and preserve this warranty, we recommend scheduling our professional cleaning and sealing services every other year, especially due to the freeze-thaw cycles in Central Ohio’s climate.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather, accidents, vehicular misuse, heavy equipment, or natural wear and tear.

• Staining, fading, or efflorescence (white mineral deposits) are not covered unless caused by installation errors.

• Repair or replacement of warranted areas is limited to the affected section only.

• Paver joists are only covered during the first year after completion of the project.

At Flores Landscaping & Patio, we stand behind the quality of the plant materials we install. All shrubs, bushes, and trees that are 36″ or greater in size come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of installation.

This warranty covers plant failure due to improper installation or defects in the plant material itself.

To ensure the best results, proper care and maintenance—including consistent watering—must be followed. We’ve created a simple watering guide to help you keep your plants healthy throughout the year.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, over- or under-watering, extreme weather, pest infestation, or other conditions beyond our control.

• Smaller plants (under 36″) are not covered under this warranty.

• Replacement of any warranted plant is limited to a one-time replacement only.

• If more than 20% of the installed plants, bushes, and/or trees die, the warranty does not apply.

All pergolas installed by Flores Landscapes come with a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

This warranty covers structural integrity and installation-related issues.

To maintain your pergola in optimal condition and preserve this warranty, we recommend sealing your wooden pergola annually to protect it against the elements of Central Ohio’s climate.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather conditions (such as high winds, hail, or heavy snow).
• Improper use or maintenance or modifications or repairs made by a third party.
• Natural aging, fading, or weathering of materials.
• NO WARRANTY for any Retractable Pergola model.
