In the heart of Upper Arlington, Ohio, this residence has been enhanced with a meticulously crafted paver patio and thoughtfully designed outdoor features, blending elegance with practicality. The patio, constructed with Unilock Beacon Hill pavers and a Holland Premier soldier course, is framed by concrete curbing for durability and accented by a varying course sub-wall and step made of Unilock Brussels Dimensional Stone, ensuring seamless yard access. A central fire pit, also built with Brussels Dimensional Stone, features a gas flame ring and fire glass, creating a warm, inviting focal point for gatherings.
Complementing the patio, Unilock Brussels Dimensional Stone retaining walls with backfill and drainage gravel, including 4-inch perforated pipe, provide structural integrity and aesthetic cohesion. A 4-inch concrete pad was installed to accommodate a future hot tub, adding versatility to the space. The project is completed with refreshed landscape beds, crafted using compost-blended topsoil, enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings.
